We have all seen the ads on TV. But seeing a lawyer on television does not necessarily tell you how experienced they are or how well they will handle your case.
Todd Schuler of Blondell Miller & Schuler explains why the amount an attorney spends on advertising does not always correlate with the quality of their work.
Some excellent attorneys advertise heavily on television, while others do very little advertising at all. The important question is not how often you see a lawyer’s commercial, but whether that attorney has the experience, judgment, and ability to handle your particular situation.
There are also times when heavily advertised firms refer cases to other attorneys. A firm may have too many cases at a particular time, or another lawyer may be a better fit for a specific type of case.
At Blondell Miller & Schuler, the focus is on helping clients understand their options and determining the best way to move their case forward.
